Willard St. Apartments Ribbon Cutting

The Willard St. apartments, a newly constructed mixed-income affordable housing development in downtown Durham next to the bus station, admitted it first residents this past spring. During the planning process, Durham CAN was instrumental in the advocacy for the projects' construction. As a result, 82 new units of affordable housing are in a fantastic location and are equipped with high-quality finishes and site amenities. To celebrate the success of the project, CAN leaders will attend the official ribbon-cutting.
